Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT) is a mental health practice that uses the creative processes of art making to improve and enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being for individuals of all ages.
It connects clinical research with ancient traditional wisdom; developing the mind, expanding creativity, building confidence and self-awareness, realigning the body’s cells, reconnecting with the essence of joy and awakening the spirit. Creativity and expression are often left behind in childhood, leaving adults with limited ways to express themselves.
Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy reintroduces adults of all ages into a creative therapeutic space. This is particularly useful for those clients who are resistant to talk therapies, or unable to communicate verbally.




Remedial massage is a complimentary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile to speed up the body’s own healing processes. The pressure applied in this healing treatment can either be strong and deep or gentle and shallow, depending on the problem. Problems with the muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body.
Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms. Remedial massage can stimulate the blood supply, make joints more mobile, and help to repair damaged tissues, focuses on parts of the body that requires rehabilitation.
Easing and stabilising the muscles can improve problems such as headaches, abdominal pain, low back pain and sciatic pain.

Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.

Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed up healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.

MEET THE ARTIST

I am a Contemporary Visionary Artist, using Intentional Creativity to bring about inner stillness and healing. I love to use large canvas and large brushes because it gives me the freedom to express myself with the images arising from within. Bringing myself to the Still Point, that place between breaths.
My work expresses healing & passion with glimpses of the mystical and magical. I love to try different ways of experimenting with ideas and materials which I think illustrates my idea appropriately, usually through drawing & acrylic painting.
My artwork tells a story, communicating an idea or feeling represented by marks or symbols and I want the viewer to interpret the work that may represent something else to them. Colour is very important in my work, creating an effect or emotion within the viewer. Colour can create a new meaning altogether. I encourage people to peer into the painting as they would lay under a cloudy sky, enjoying the shapes and images created.
Some say they receive an insightful response like the reading of an oracle.
I am very passionate about my art as it has helped me to heal & grow, allowing me to tap into my inner wisdom and access my own inner voice.
When I’m painting, I’m not aware of what I’m doing. I get lost in the moment of not worrying about anything or anyone else.

After being a Therapist for 15 Years I wanted to take my client’s healing to a different level.
When healing, we need to look at more than our physical self. Our body, mind, and spirit together are who we are.
My passion is supporting women to feel connected with the parts of themselves that they may have lost contact with during child rearing years and I do that by tapping into the lost part, using Intentional Creativity as a process of art making to improve and enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
What I love is seeing the deepest change that happens for my clients which is a renewed sense of themselves and are excited about the next stage of their life.
There is no need to have artistic ability, just a desire to want to self care & align with your inner wildness.
I invite you to rediscover your innate creativity and playfulness to assist you in living a happier, healthier, self-empowered and self-expressed life.
